Review: Purito Defence Barrier Ph Cleanser & Purito Deep Sea Pure Water Cream

It took me quite long to write about the new released products by Purito. This brands has a special place in my heart and I always feel like they deserve so much love than many famous brands out there. To me Purito is kind of like family which I am seeing growing in front of me and seriously admires everything they do mostly because they do it with sincerity and their products shows it.
I was lucky enough to test their new release products, I was so busy with my life and my skin was reacting so badly that nothing was actually working because of hormonal problem so I was avoiding using new products. So after using the Purito Defence Barrier PH Cleanser and Deep Sea Pure Water Cream for a month now I am finally able to review it. I have already reviewed the Purito serums and their BB cream and that was actually the products which make me fan of this brand.

PRODUCT CLAIMS

It Claims to have a mild formula with the low Ph of 5.5 which protects the skin barrier and cleanse effectively which leaves the skin supple and refreshingly clean. It contains the botanical ingredients which are suitable for sensitive skin like tea tree oil, Centella asiatica extract , royal jelly extract and grape fruit extract.

(10) Hydrolyzed Collagen: It helps in retaining the moisture in to the skin and gives elasticity to the skin and overall helps with skin conditioning.

PACKAGING

PURITO Defence Barrier Ph Cleanser packaging

Purito always go for the minimal and simple packaging which I admire personally. The purito defence barrier Ph cleanser have as same packaging as mostly cleanser do, it came in a matte-white plastic tube with the flipping cap. The overall packaging looks simple yet very friendly. I like the color scheme they used it is so pleasing to the eyes. The think I notice about it which is different than other cleanser packaging is that the nozzle/ from where you dispense the product out is pretty small which is great because with the small nozzle you are getting the right amount of product without wasting any. You are getting 200g/150ml of product in this tube.

TEXTURE/CONSISTENCY/COLOR/SCENT

PURITO Defence Barrier Ph Cleanser consistency 

The consistency is like a thick gel as it is a gel cleanser and it is transparent in color. This does not have any particular scent to it like if I have to explain, it has a mild herbal scent to it. It is a little bit tacky on its own.it makes a nice amount of foam.

MY THOUGHTS

I have been using it for a month and a half and I have to say that it is a really nice cleanser, it cleanses the face nicely, makes a nice amount of foam which I was afraid of that it is not going to as it is a mild cleanser. As my skin was very bad at terms lately this really helps to cleanse my skin nicely without stripping it off and keep my skin calm. My skin was irritated at the very extend that I couldn’t apply any products especially new so I was using the same skincare or skincare to soothe my skin only and this one really helps. As it is gel cleanser which contains centella asiatica extract and tea tree oil which helps with acne prone skin. Even though it cleanse the makeup very easily which I was not expecting at all but it just took 1-2 minute because you have to massage it in so that the makeup melts off and as it is mild cleanser so it takes time but protects your skin barrier and cleanse nicely.

 After washing my face it gives a nice soft feeling to it, the skin does not feel stiff like with the usual cleansers. For me, my skin get irritated very easily so this is the cleanser which I have been using and all I can say is, it is mild, skin friendly yet effective cleanser which I am enjoying lately.

(10) Niacinamide: this cream contains 2% niacinimide and it helps in smoothing the skin surface and promotes circulation.
(16) Ecklonia Cava Extract: It is brown seaweed which is rich in anti-oxidants and helps with skin elasticity.

It came in a brown card board with the blue and brown printing on it and the more interesting thing is that they have illustration inside the box which is hidden which is so cute to me and talking about the product packaging. I love it I personally love the dr. jart creams packaging which is just like this one and came in as many of ointments cream does the tube packaging is simple but functional. Unlike the dr jart cream this one has small opening /nozzle which helps in getting the exact amount of product for using. This one contains a 50g of product.

TEXTURE/CONSISTENCY/COLOR/SCENT

PURITO Deep Sea Pure Water Cream consistency 

This smells amazing and I really love it and I smell it every time I apply it, it just feels so good because of bergamot oil. It feel light weight and does not leaves a greasy finish. The formula itself is like light and gel like and a little bit of viscous but well moisturizing one. It is not sticky at all and is pretty opaque.

MY THOUGHTS

I have been using it for 3 weeks now and I have to say this is the only moisturizer which is not breaking me out so I am very much impressed with it. This cream does absorbs easily into the skin. It feel so hydrating and moisturizing at the same time. It is kind of like a moisturizer which give you a chok chok (dewy and well moisturized) kind of skin. It does not feel heavy or tacky at all and I have used it at day time as well as a night moisturizer and I love it as both definitely I take a little less (half or 3/4 of a pea size) when I am using it in the day time as sunscreen can make it look like a mess but at night I used quite a lot.

It does work a little bit on brightening the skin and about the anti-wrinkling effect I cannot say much as I don’t have any at my age but it does make your skin supple and makes skin healthy over all .As the winters are approaching this is becoming my best friend and I am hooked by this.

Well now I think the people are like I am being biased but seriously I like purito products and still today my favorite product is their vitamin c serum and I have recommended it to many people because it works. I always make sure that I am rating products on their claims and whether it cause any reaction or not. I don’t want any product to perform like a miracle but at least as much what it claims has to be done to some extent.


Overall I have enjoyed both products and will be continuing to use them in my skin care routine.I will recommend the Purito Defence Barrier Ph Cleanser for the people who have sensitive skin, dry skin or problematic skin as this really will really cleanse without stripping the skin off. For Purito Deep Sea Pure Water Cream I will recommend it for all skin type as this works amazing as a moisturizer.
