[Review] Mane n' Tail (part 2)

So it's been 2 months since I wrote my first review on Mane n' Tail Shampoo and Conditioner. You can find my first [Review] Mane n' Tail here.

Let's remind you of the initial results. So my hair grew about 1.5-2 inches in the first month I used it. Amazing right?!

Well after 2 months, you'd think my hair would be about an extra 3-4 inches in length..?

Unfortunately, here is the sad news. I've just measured my hair length and it's actually ... STILL THE SAME?! Rather strange I know... It measured at 20 inches. So I think the magic wears off once your hair has gotten used to the chemicals in the shampoo and conditioner. It's like, once the novelty wears off, you start to see the cons?

(excuse the messy background!)

Well as of today I have gone back to normal shampoo and conditioner (using Elvive and Aussie products again! Woo!) And my hair really feels much nicer. I think if you keep your hair guessing on the products you use (ie changing the shampoo and conditioner brands), it'll benefit your hair. I won't be buying the Mane n' Tail shampoo and conditioner anytime soon, and I'm curious to see if changing it back to ones I always use will make any difference in hair growth.

I don't know if it's just the measuring tape, because strangely enough, my hair does feel like it's grown, but the measuring tape is telling me something completely different!

Anyone else used Mane n' Tail and have the same experiences?
